How to request your Clubcard vouchers

Log into the Tesco app and tap 'Clubcard'

Tap 'Turn points into vouchers'*
Step 3
Tap 'Request vouchers'

Your vouchers will be ready to use in seconds**
*This will only appear if you have enough points to exchange. You need a minimum of 150 points to turn them into vouchers.
**During the 2 weeks before your March, August and November statements are due, you won't be able to turn points into vouchers.
†The ability to turn Clubcard points into vouchers in seconds is only available via the Tesco app.

Before you request your vouchers
.
1. When you start to turn your points into vouchers in seconds, you'll automatically stop receiving your statements by post. Instead, we'll send your statements to your registered email address.
2. You must have a minimum of 150 points to request vouchers.
3. Your entire points balance will be turned into vouchers when you request vouchers.
4. Any adjustments or refunds to your points balance will be processed.
5. The amount you receive in vouchers may be different to the amount of points requested, to account for any adjustments or refunds.
6. There are 3 points collection periods per year (March, August, November, but exact dates may vary). You won't be able to turn points into vouchers during the 2 weeks before your statement arrives.
