Sweet and spiced gingerbread eggnog

  1. First, whisk together 120ml of dark rum, 180ml of Advocaat, 240ml of single cream, 360ml of whole milk, 2 tbsp of golden syrup, 1½ tsp of ground ginger and 1½ tsp of ground cinnamon, in a large jug until combined.
  2. Pick out 6 short glasses and fill with ice.
  3. Divide the drink mixture between the 6 glasses. Garnish with a sprinkle of ground ginger and a cinnamon stick, for a festive twist.
