Preparation and Usage

Just add Eggs & MilkYou Will Need:250g/9oz Odlums American Style Pancake Flour1 egg275ml cold milk (approx.)Butter/oil for fryingMakes approx. 7 pancakes.Method:1. Empty 250g/9oz of pancake flour into large bowl.2. Make a well in the centre and add the egg. Beat in 275ml of cold milk until mixture is smooth. Allow to stand for approx. 10 minutes.3. Lightly grease/oil frying pan and heat until sizzling hot.4. Whisk mixture again and pour on enough batter to form 14cm/6inch pancakes.5. When batter is puffed and bubbling on top, turn and cook on other side until golden brown.6. Add a little more butter or oil before frying the next pancake. Use all of the batter - best used when fresh. Serve & Enjoy!Serving Suggestion:Drizzle with Maple Syrup and sprinkle with a handful of blueberries.
