Preparation and Usage

Cooking a butter chicken for 21. Heat 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter and fry 1 small, chopped onion. Add in and cook 2 chopped garlic cloves2. Blend 1 large tomato and 20g cashews (ideally soaked), add to the pan and cook, stirring often, until thick3. Add 200g chicken, seafood, meat or veg and 3 tbsp butter chicken paste. Cook for 1 min4. Add 125ml water and 1-2 tbsp double cream. Simmer until cookedNot suitable for microwave use.
